The Community Development Department's Planning, Building, and Housing Divisions offers several forms and documents online for download before submittal to the Community Development Department. Before your visit to City Hall, fill out your desired form at home. The forms below are available to save you time, money, and a trip to City Hall. Please review our fees for information on current application filing costs. Fees on face of forms on this site may not reflect current rates.

CDD Permit Applications
Implemented on February 4, 2011, the Planning Division is now using the recently adopted "Streamlined" Zoning Code. To match the streamlined nature of the new Code, Planning staff created a universal CDD Permit Application, with a one page supplement for each different permit type. When filling out these applications at home, you should always fill out the "CDD Permit Application," then fill out the one page supplements as needed; i.e., if your project is an Architectural Permit, but requires a Use Permit, you would fill out 1) the CDD Permit Application, 2) the Architectural Permit Supplement, and 3) the Use Permit Supplement.
