CDD Permit Applications
Implemented on February 4, 2011, the Planning Division is now using the recently adopted "Streamlined" Zoning Code. To match the streamlined nature of the new Code, Planning staff created a universal CDD Permit Application, with a one page supplement for each different permit type. When filling out these applications at home, you should always fill out the "CDD Permit Application," then fill out the one page supplements as needed; i.e., if your project is an Architectural Permit, but requires a Use Permit, you would fill out 1) the CDD Permit Application, 2) the Architectural Permit Supplement, and 3) the Use Permit Supplement.
Adobe Acrobat Reader Users: You may fill out the form(s) using Acrobat Reader, and then print the forms. However, you do not have the capability of saving or e-mailing the forms.
Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0 Users: You may fill out the form(s), save them, e-mail them, or print the forms.
