The limited purpose of this session is listed below. The special meeting is an open meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to attend. Transportation for members of the public will not be provided to the location.

Comments from the public will not receive Council action. Comments must deal with matters subject to the jurisdiction of the City and the Council but not on this meeting’s agenda, and will be limited to three minutes. Whenever possible, letters should be submitted to the Council in advance of the meeting.

A. Discussion with Chairs of the Boards, Commissions and Committees; Supplemental Information

Reference: Thomas Frutchey, City Manager

Recommended Action: Discuss with the Chairs of the Boards, Commissions, and Committees the general effectiveness of the system of advisory boards, the 2011 Annual Reports, and the 2012 Work Plans.

B. 5-Year Work Plan

Reference: Thomas Frutchey, City Manager

Recommended Action: Discuss and determine priorities for upcoming efforts and update the 5-Year Work Plan for the City, as appropriate.
