The document describes the activities of the Monterey Regional Storm Water Group during the time period of September 9, 2010 to September 8, 2011. The participants in this program are the cities of Pacific Grove, Monterey, Sand City, Seaside, Del Rey Oaks, Marina, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and the County of Monterey. Coordinating entities are the Pebble Beach Company, the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District, the Pacific Grove Unified School District, and the Carmel Unified School District.
A workshop to present an overview of the MRSWMP Year 5 Annual Report, and to invite public questions, comments, and suggestions, will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, beginning at 4:00 pm at the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History located at 165 Forest Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA.
Light refreshments will be provided free-of-charge to workshop attendees.
Individuals who review the Annual Report on the website may also submit questions, comments, and suggestions to the Storm Water Program Manager at the following email address: Heidi@mrwpca.com. Individuals submitting e-mails should use the following subject line: "MRSWMP Public Comments - Year 5 Annual Report Draft" to ensure that the email gets through the spam filter.
The deadline for receipt of emails and written comments is December 15, 2010 in order to allow time for the emails to be considered in finalizing the Annual Report, which must be submitted to the Regional Water Board by December 22, 2010.
